[openbeosstorage] fs shell

For those interested, the extended fs shell which helped me a lot in
developing BFS is now in our repository.
The main part is located in
current/src/tests/add-ons/kernel/file=5Fsystems/fs=5Fshell

This part don't contain a Jamfile, nor is one intended to be there - it
can be used by other file systems, it doesn't have any use in itself
(other than browsing the source, of course :-)).

Anyway, there is now one test application that builds the bfs=5Fshell -
the fs=5Fshell using the full BFS implementation from our repository. Use
this as an example of how to use it yourself to build something useful
for you.

Note, the FS interface is R5 compatible - it will be updated for
OpenBeOS once its FS interface is completed. I might write a short
newsletter article about the fs shell if you bug me enough :)

Adios...
   Axel.
