No, not before having updated the previously-related misguided libs 
installation instructions!
Or..., yes, please!
Andn then, update the misguided libs installation instructions.
That's the purpose of a version control system like CVS, no!?

I like better the first solution: no public trace of my buggy 
installation instructions that way!

Oh, that would be very nice.
Even better, make it a pseudo jam rule target. Ingo, could you help 
here, starting by this 
"install" build-wise pseudo-target: how it works, how should we depends 
on it (I see that Axel comment out 
his InstallSiS900 rule, but don't know why...) ?

What would be great his, beside the current pseudo-target 
"NetworkingKit" to build it, his to have another one 
that would install it:

$ jam InstallNetworkingKit
