ssh: yes. But why sshd?
Also *right now* I also want telnetd/ftpd for testing purposes on the
image, although they don't have to end up in any distribution.
That's absolutely okay. As long as they get removed later...
Sure, a remote desktop capability would be great, but unless app_server
supports it directly, I am certainly against putting something like VNC
into the game by default.
Well, I use it to help my relatives with computer problems. The biggest
problem is to get it installed via phone conversation (some of them live
far away). But this can probably wait for remote desktop support.
