Waldemar,
My kneejerk reaction without looking at anything (Im at work right
now) is that its Net+'s fault. I have never had much success using
ftp with Net+ on BeOS R5... Try using the command line client withour
stack and see what you find. I will look at this as well, perhaps
when I get home.
