If we write/port them, yes, until it's compatibble with our license.
In this case, put them in a new folder named after the driver name (most of the 
time, chip name of chip family name, like "tulip", "vt86c100", "ne2000", etc 
under current/src/add-ons/kernel/drivers/net/

Because these kind of network devices can't be auto-detected, but should be add 
manually by the user, after he enter the settings (IRQ, port).
That for jumpered devices only.
All others devices appear automaticly in the device list.

Then, I have a good news for you: François Revol just port the 3c575 PCMCIA 
driver from Linux to BeOS. I'm in the process to test it myself and add the 
required net_server addon wrapping his kernel driver, as he don't write one 
because he's using only under BONE himself.
