I don't know if it's a good idea, and I really don't care that much if 
it's in user-land or not.
The pro is, we could better test what we would do, since we would just 
develop in/under BeOS, with a source-level debugger, etc.
Con is performance.

But even if we would do it in the kernel, we could do much things in 
user-land for testing.
We would just have to follow some basic rules, and we could move it to 
the kernel at any point.
I would say, we should develop the kernel stack in userland. Thoughts=3F
