Ok, you can watch files, but I think it does not send notifications,
because in CVSROOT/notify the line that sends the message is
under comment:

#ALL mail %s -s "CVS notification"

Am I wrong? Shall I uncomment that line? And if it is uncommented,
where is the message sent to (name@xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx)?
