[openbeos] Locale Kit and special characters in Swedish

Just wanted to add a note about the 'extra' characters in Swedish and
their order.
Swedish has all the character known from English + 3 extra:
lowercase å ä ö
Uppercase: Å Ä Ö
(The first one should have a ring, or small 'o' above the 'a', if it
just looks like dot).
These are not in any way associated with a or o and doesn't come in the
same place when sorting. Although they are vowels.
The sorting order in Swedish is:
A B C .. Z Å Ä Ö
a b c .. z å ä ö
Now you know the Swedish letters and their sorting order :)
