[openbeos] Speaking of drivers

Hi,
as a non-os-internals-stuff person, something has allways intrigued me:
would it be possible for an OS like OBOS to take advantage and use all the
device drivers available for, say, Linux?
(I chose Linux and not Windows since I assume it would be easier to do such
thing, as the kernel and driver interfacing is well documented and public)
Perhaps someone on this list can enlighten me on this.
