That link is no longer any good (sorry!) I had to change index.html to 
index.php so I could compute the number of comments. If you've 
bookmarked it, then change it to

http://open-beos.sourceforge.net/nsl/index.php
or just
http://open-beos.sourceforge.net/nsl

Otherwise, just hit refresh on the browser (maybe you tried to access 
right at the time I was updating the links!)
