[openbeos] FOSDEM 2008 - call for devroom

Each year I mean to go there but never make it, but I think we are fit
enough to be present at FOSDEM this year.
"FOSDEM '08 is a free and non-commercial event organised by the
community, for the community. Its goal is to provide Free and Open
Source developers a place to meet."
It will take place the 23th and 24th February 2008 in Brussels,
Belgium.

I proposed Axel as a speaker, don't know if they contacted him yet :D

They started the call for devroom.
We probably don't have material for 2 days of conferences, but we
should really get a booth there.
It would be nice to have several people as well to rotate (and let
others go to conferences :P)
We can ask for a stand till 2007/11/26.
