[openbeos] GCC headers in headers/posix

Howdy,
there are some gcc headers in our headers/posix directory (float.h, new,
varargs.h). Since there was no explanation, why they are there, I suppose,
the old build system didn't add the gcc headers dir to the search paths (an
XXX in limits.h suggest as much). Since the new build system should do that
correctly, I guess, we can remove those headers now (and fix limits.h). Any
objections?
