In addition, the Sourceforge generated CVS tarballs are broken:
http://cvs.sourceforge.net/cvstarballs/open-beos-cvsroot.tar.bz2
Also, the checked out source tarball at
http://open-beos.sourceforge.net/files/ hasn't been updated since the
10th of this month.
And the build factories last iteration made a fair few empty zipfiles
So I'd guess the actual CVS server is failing or has failed.
