[openbeos] Pentium 4, newer AMD support

i know it's probably a bit early in the project to ask but i just thought i'd
ask anyway!
to keep BeOS up to date we're obviously going to have to support the newer
CPUs and chipsets.
how is the kernel team approaching this ?
what stage in the plan is it envisaged that work will start on this?
