I'd like another one please. Specifically, I'd be
interested in practical issues, such as:

- creating BeOS programs w/o BeIDE

- what exactly BeOS "resources" are and how you deal
  with them on the command line

- which .so files are needed for what (or, which header
  files go with .so files)

- .a files in BeOS?
