        The lego head is most probably copyrighted.


The patents have expired. I don't think you can copyright a toy. Perhaps
a trademark violation if we start selling our own brand of building
blocks in blue buckets that looks similar. Pretty much if we try to
trick people into thinking they are buying genuine LEGO(R)  brand
building bricks.
