Yes, thanks all. Nearly all the build problems have been resolved.
The major exception is the network headers issue which I'm
assuming is still pending checkin, due to work that still needs to be
done. Also not building is the amiga_rdb, due to a missing util/
kernel_cpp.h wanted by amiga_rdb.cpp.
