I second that, but for different reasons. If there is such
suspicion of the vote getting rigged by (sufficient number of) users,
then I doubt the user's vote can be trusted in the first place,
which, if you think about it, would be a poor sign for the
integrity of the community. Personally I doubt there are many
-if any- riggers in the community. And if they come from
outside the community, you simply ask a few qualifying
questions before they are allowed to vote. :)
