Blank screen because the app_server hangs or is crashed, or is there a
running BeOS in the background? (ie. can you log into that machine via
telnet/ftp, does it react to pings?)
I believe it's frozen, but that's just a guess. I can't ping it
because my ipro1000 isn't supported by the (nearly) 3 year old
ipro1000 driver in the respitory.
I have an NE2000-based PCMCIA Card that does work, though it wont
start up until i go into the boneyard, and click Apply. I believe i
need to add a config line somewhere, though i havn't found which line
:).

I dunno, I thought it wouldn't be that hard, but tic's laptop proved me
wrong at BeGeistert - there, it basically worked, but there were some
weird issues with the screen space (the native resolution was cut off
with a black frame at the left and bottom).
That's a bummer...
