Possible is anything... so much to do, sigh. Before cluttering the slick 
IconRenderer, I should probably add native support for 8 bit mode to the 
app_server. :-) Then again, I could leave this to some developer with 
unsupported graphics driver. And yet again, I would rather have that guy code 
a driver for his card.... it's all so confusing.

Cool, someone noticed! Some of the other icons have this as well, like the 
missing strings in the archive icon, and the text icon has only every other 
line of text at 16x16. :-)
In fact, you could have completely different icons for different sizes, 
though Icon-O-Matic doesn't make this easy for you right now (one can 
currently not pick the scale of the editor icon display).
