Except if they have Java. I am running an official muscle server @ 
profuzion.org and it

We as a B.U.G. have a long tradition of succesful BeOS initiatives like 
bulk-purchases 
(Opera and Gobe Productive), translations from English to French (BeTips, 
Helmar 
Rudolph's survey, OpenTracker, lots of software), gatherings (at least 1 every 
other 
month), development....
