I wouldn't expect any problems after the Apple vs Microsoft case:

Even though the outcome of the case wasn't that 'look and feel' aren't
copyrightable, there haven't been much 'look and feel' cases anymore.

If it were a strong legal stance, Microsoft would have crushed KDE by now ;-)

Besides, if Palm hasn't done anything about PhosphurOS nor BeOS
Max/Dev Ed (all of quite dubious legality) I wouldn't hold my breath
waiting to be sued for infringing on the look and feel of BeOS R5.
