I think we'll stick to /boot/beos for the time being, eventually 
checking out compatibility issues in case we change it.
If it turns out to be no problem, I'd guess we would prefer "haiku" 
over "os" - since there is no reason to lose that flexibility again :)
Also, we could theoretically have the boot loader recognize different 
OS directories and let you boot from there.
