I suggest something like Ubuntu's popup passwd thingy or vista's UAC popup
accept thingy(pref this).

I was think for 1.5 for system integrity we don't need multi-user support.

Just two root and normal. We run in normal but everything outside of
/boot/home or a mounted filesystem is owned by root.

So to delete /boot/haiku/Deskbar you would have to sudo.
