That is a bunch of bull. There is an auto-cleaning cycle that goes on.
Everytime you turn the Epson printer on it cleans the heads, or at least
it does on my Stylus Color 440. Oh and sorry for the tone. But it also
what type of work you plan on doing, Digital Photography - Id go with the
Epson. Office work - The HP. My reasoning is that Epson usually focuses
more on Photo Quality with their colors while HP is more for speed and
when that happens well photo quality does get degraded. Plus Epson
drivers come with BeOS, but most of the time you must use a driver
substitute, e.g. like for my 440 I use on of the Pro drivers and it works
fine. And yes I will give HP a plus for having built in heads which the
Epson does not have but if you look at it like that then it is more for
you to decide.
