... but it warmed my BeOS-addicted heart nonetheless. James Love writes
to the Office of Management and Budget (OMB) about their software
procurement policies, in particular as to how these policies might
"encourage" better behaviour on M$ part. He kindly mentions BeOS in a
couple of places.
