Not currently it was very much an overview. It seems Windows has "owned" my 
notebook BeOS partition since coming out of hibernation and unless I can 
fix this the presentation is unrecoverable.

If I'm allowed to ameliorate my previous comment: a programming language is 
only as good as the programmer who uses it. You can create really evil or 
really great code in pretty much any languages. I have issues with PHP or 
perl and I think Python is a great fit for the BeOS/Walter and can 
recommend Chris Herborth's Chapter on scripting in the BeOS bible which 
introduced me to Python.

I think Bethon is a _really_ exciting development as is BePascal which 
according to Oliver Coursière, with whom I discussed this at BeGeistert, is 
actively being developed: the Be-API becomes available for other languages. 
To all intents and purposes you will then be able to develop for the BeOS 
in your favourite languages.
