[openbeos] radeon driver

For those of you not following the cvs list, I just wanted to let you know
that I have added a copy of Thomas Kurschel's radeon driver. The conversion
to our build structure wasn't as smooth as I might have liked. Functionally,
the driver should be the same as v3.2.8 available on bebits with the
following acceptions:
logging & handling of some of the extra settings is disabled (perhaps just
partially)
the driver and accelerant have been renamed to match the scheme used by rudolf
Card ids have been added for a few cards (specifically mobility 9600 pro
turbo, 9200 SE, and mobility firegl T2)
I would appreciate it if people could test it and let me know of any problems,
especially any problems which do not occur with the driver on bebits. It
works for me, but YMMV.
