Currently, we're mainly working with Bochs - this is very slow, but it 
works, and it's the only emulator available on BeOS, too.

Documents about the kernel are a rarity when it comes to us. A shame, 
but there is a dim light at the end of the tunnel, eventually the end 
we're all coming from :)
IOW have a look at the Be newsletter, they have many documents that 
also cover their kernel which is similar in many details. Also the 
kernel section of  the BeBook might be helpful.
Of course, you can also have a look at our own newsletters, we've 
already got some that touch the kernel as well.

I am afraid the links on our "dev" page are out of date (what a shame,
