Kind of sort of. If you want to mostly suggest big improvements/changes to
(Open)BeOS, there's also the glass elevator project:
http://glasselevator.sourceforge.net/
You can find information there, but the mailing list link gave me an
error. Others on this list should know the address to subscribe.
