I like www.haiku-os.org; what is it using.

Drupal I think, which is written in PHP.

I am more of a Ruby on Rails guy (mostly because I love Ruby and have
been using it for almost 6 years), but Drupal seems like a nice
system. The Rails CMS used for the new ruby-lang.org web-site (which
has a similar look to the new haiku-os.org) is called Radiant. But it
is probably a bit too cutting edge and immature for your purposes.

The Haiku web-site guys tried a lot of different CMS systems and
weren't too pleased with many of them. Of course they can explain that
in more detail, if they choose to :)

What is haiku-os.org doing to keep the standards and CVS of beunited
available? How do you mirror a full CVS?

I will probably try to get most of the stuff there and then see about
putting them in a Subversion repository somewhere. Of course many of
those projects are quite dead. But it would be a shame to have the
code disappear. But I believe BeUnited.org is maintaining the CVS for
a while.
