The reason that there hasn't been any results is the *huge* amount of work that
has been going on behind the scenes.
Let me give you a quick idea...
The week after the poll was taken down, we (the admin team) knew the name.
From there, there were the issues of a web site design themed around the new
name, the founding of an non-profit organization for the project, the design of
a new logo, etc. All of this takes time, esp with volunteers, not full time
employees. If we had $20,000 or so to spend on a professional designer
(actually, we have a professional designer, but he is doing this in his spare
time, instead of 40 hours a week) and a team of web designers (again, we have
professionals who are working in their spare time), we could have been done
after about 3 weeks.

Oh. And the name is not Orca. But it is chosen, logo'ed and we are working out
the final issues of the web site design. Don't fear. It is well worth the wait,
IMHO.
