I already looked into this and as far as colouring, you can use systemwide
colors quite easily, although it would require a bit of coding (small part that
wasn't ported yet). That leaves small differences in terms of scrollbar image
etc.
It's open source, so perhaps someone can code a bit that it uses a systemwide
preference. If not possible or difficult, then just create few skins, yes.
And as far as you can see from the screenshot, you can almost get completely
native ;-)
