It would appear so. It is currently not in the GNU directory.

At this stage, could you please send it to me. I'll then test it to make sure it
works and then submit it to the CVS.

When the new name is announced, we'll have our own server (which is currently
being setup). On this server, we will host our own CVS server and we'll give
write access to those who have done the right thing in the past.

I've also listed you as the dev for "cal", so that no one else does it.
