Hi averyone,
   I've been in the same fog as you are for a while too. In fact it seems the 
leading of the Prefs Team is shared and therefore not "really efficient". What 
I recommand you to do is one of the following: ask on OpenBeOS General Mailing 
List or directly to Michael Phipps.
