[openbeos-preferences] Menu Prefs Update

Hey all,
Just a quick update on the Menu prefs app. I finally figured out how to use
the new cvs tree, and the jam build files, so I updated the files to match
the current state of the program. I also put all the .bmps in the .rsrc
file so that the executable file built with jam will work. If anyone gets
the chance to run it to see if the modifier key code works on their
computer, I would be interested in seeing your results.
