I agree that we need to plan things, i do not think that in a group of 40
people , planning has to go before work can be done and experimented with.

i agree that a plan needs to be made, boris compiled some sort of a plan
sketch, im working to fill it up and then i'll post it for everyone to
comment and we'll make an agreed plan.

meanwhile - i will empty the ftp sunday - after i compile the pack (any
uploads - please hurry.)

after i do so i want to declare a time period in which the cdt will shift to
discuss the logo concept (mascot existance etc.) for this period of time
until an agreed date in which we will a voting (any other ideas? - i have
some worries about that) will take place.

Any comments?
