Ok, please make the first point.

BTW I will try to detect and add external hyperlinks to a PDF file in 
a future release, no problem.
Any idea how to handle internal hyperlinks or how to detect bookmarks. 
For bookmarks, what comes to my mind first is to identify a title by 
font name and size.
