Warning this crashes Acrobat Reader! At least BePDF and therefore also
xpdf can display it.
Have to figure out why this happens. At the moment I can say that
PDFlib creates the PDF without errors. So it seems that either PDFlib
creates a non standard conform PDF file or Acrobat Reader has a bug!
