[open-beos-printing] PDF Writer update

Hi all!
I have made some improvements to PDF Writer; they are
already commited to cvs.
The changes are:
* Position each character in a string.
* Added CJK font support.
* Added font support for characters in the Adobe Glyph List.
* Don't embed TrueType font larger than 250KB.
* Don't embed Type 1 font at all.
The code is not perfect of course. It works, but generates larger files
than before, this could be optimized but that is not on the top of my
todo list.
Note that some with PDF Writer generated files don't work
properly with BePDF now! This will be fixed with the next
release of BePDF soon.
