Agreed. Progress display should be the same for all printer divers. We should
perhaps talk to Ithamar about this visa vie the architecture...=3F

Currently the 'default' values are hard coded in the PageSetupWindow code, like
pdf=5Fcompression set to 6. Are you suggesting these should be in driver.cpp
with something like PDFDriver::GetDefaults(BMessage* msg) =3F
