I followed the instructions in the attached one, and when I changed my
verbosity settings from advanced to beginner, I did get Control-c to
speak. Make sure you're loading the default configuration and make sure
you use Control-s to save your changes after you've made them. other
than that, I don't have any other ideas. Like I said, the instructions
below did work for me.
