A single > press of the reset button cures it for me. It happens maybe 2/3 of the time on power up of this machine, reset button allows it to boot OK second time. I can cope with that, but it is embarrassing for others to see my showcase RISC OS computer apparently unable to start reliably. It also ensures there is always a doubt lingering in my mind that one day it won't start at all and I'll just see pyjamas.
