I'm hoping to finalize the move script this morning.  Once that's done, 
I'm going to re-read your plan (which looked good from my skim of it) 
and try to contribute some useful commentary.

I will do that after re-reviewing the plan.

Seems to me current/src/servers/registrar/ is probably the most 
appropriate place for it; any other ideas?  The other classes will, of 
course, live with their respective kits.
