If you mean ncdrill_figure, that's what I used to do before v15.2(my pads
are smaller than the holes for these non-plated ones).  However, now there
is a subclass that appears when I run drill legend called (for this board)
NClegend-1-8, which does show the hole but also includes the drill legend
chart.  If I turn that off, I can't see the drill, even though I have
ncdrill_figure on.

Then try this - turn filled pads and display holes off - add  the
drill_nc_figure to your displayed layer

The problem is that it draws the holes on the same layer as the pads so it's
not possible to see witch is the pad and which is the drill

In v 15.2, how do you get non-plated/no pad drills to show up without having
to look at the drill legend?  I used to use drill figure, but now if I turn
off the special nclegend subclass that appears, I have no way to see those
drills
