In particular, filter the vias but leave in the pins.  Leaving the
component pins in has the advantage of the mech engineer being able to
check your part against the Pro/E model (if they included the pins in
their half.)

Laszlo,
File > Export > IDF
Then select format PTC.
This will generate your needed .emn and .emp files for Pro-E.
Remember to use the Filter button to exclude items you do not want to
export.

Hi,
I'm  using 14.2. Anyone know how to export .emn, emp, .mdb, or .mdf
files
from allegro to pro-E?
Any  help would be appreciated.
