Hi:
Try a reboot. If that doesn't get it working again, then Reflash. If that
still doesn't work, then you'll need to send it in for repair. It could be
that your drop jarred something loose.
If you have an Icon, you'll need to send it to Levelstar. If it is a Braille
Plus, it'll need to come to APH.

Hi,
My Icon slipped from the surface it was on (cable was pulled by something,
charging at the time). Speech still works but pressing keys on the numeric
keypad does nothing.
What should I do?
