Here is the question and answer to this month's quiz contest on
homeclinic. No one got the answer right.
Let me know if you like the idea of a monthly quiz contest and I will

Question:
Caulks are made specifically for use with glass, or wood, or concrete, or
stone. There is a specialty caulk for everything. However there is a caulk
that can be used for everything. Silicone caulking can be considered
universal, but it isn't as durable or flexible.
The question is what type of caulking am I talking about? Can someone on
the list name this type of caulking that lasts 3 to 4 times as long as
latex, sticks to everything, remains soft and pliable and best
of all it can be painted.
Answer: polyurethane caulking
