Also, if you want to change something in the template dir, copy it to
the trac/haiku/templates directory and change it there -- it'll
override the default one. I'm not sure if the same applies for e.g. js
/query.js; see what I did to include the componentselect.js file.
There's a template file somewhere in the Haiku instance.
