See my second mail about "New Tasks". I removed the following two:
Rename "Settings" to "My Profile" and move "Admin" next to "My
Profile". Allow
for changing your email address within "My Profile", but require

Add an admin interface for managing users.
These two are linked together: we need to find/write something to
replace DBAuth, which is what I'm using right now. There ought to be
someting over at http://trac-hacks.org
So, they are not needed (the admin interface will be provided by our CMS).
